Last year I attended a dynamic session about using data to look at your TPT business done by a dynamic couple Beth and Jarrett Vaucher.
I use data to drive my instruction why was I not using it to drive my store? I was keeping data but was it the right data? Was it telling me what I needed to know? How did I know that the changes I was making in my business were having an impact?
I became part of an inaugural group Data Playbook with Jarrett and Beth Vaucher. Each month I have gotten an individual report about my business with specific suggestions on how to improve my store. There have been coaching calls in which Jarrett the data guru has educated me on reading the data and how to determine if the changes I was making in my store were having an impact. It has been eye-opening.
They are opening up the group to new members.
